Zodiac Energy Ltd Acquires Majority Stake in Priyapritam and Radhavallabh Solar Projects LLPs, Disposes Entire Stake in Dhwarkesh Solar Projects LLP

Zodiac Energy Ltd has announced significant changes in its stake in three subsidiary LLPs. The company has increased its stake in Priyapritam Solar Projects LLP and Radhavallabh Solar Projects LLP by 47%, thereby enhancing its total contribution/holding to 98%. The acquisition in both LLPs was carried out on an arm's length basis and is in line with the company's business objectives. However, the company has disposed of its entire 50% stake in Dhwarkesh Solar Projects LLP, resulting in the LLP ceasing to be a subsidiary of the company. The details of these transactions are provided in Annexure-I and Annexure-I1.
