Zodiac-JRD-MKJ Board Meeting on May 30, 2026

Zodiac-JRD-MKJ Ltd has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting on May 30, 2026, to consider and approve the audited financial results (standalone & consolidated) along with the audit report for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The board will also consider the approval of the "Zodiac JRD MKJ Employees Stock Option Plan 2026" (ESOP Scheme, 2026) for eligible employees, subject to shareholder approval. Any other business may be transacted with the Chair's permission and the consent of a majority of the Directors, including at least one Independent Director.
