Zodiac-JRD-MKJ Ltd Subsidiary Acquires VEM Tooling India's Business

Zodiac-JRD-MKJ Ltd announced that its 90% subsidiary, VEM Plastic Molding Private Limited (VPMPL), has successfully completed the acquisition of the business of VEM Tooling India Private Limited (VTIPL). VTIPL, based in Pune, Maharashtra, is in the business of manufacturing molds, plastic automobile components and other products. This strategic acquisition marks a significant step in expanding Zodiac-JRD-MKJ Ltd’s footprint in the high-precision plastic molding and tooling industry in the Automobile Component Sector. The integration of VTIPL's business into VPMPL will allow Zodiac to venture into the new vertical of automobile components and molds manufacturing. VPMPL is an OEM manufacturer and supplies to blue chip customers.
