Zodiac Ventures Ltd. has announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 31st December 2025. The company's profit before tax stands at 47.19%. The results were approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 4th February 2026. The company operates in the Real Estate and Real Estate Development segment. The construction work for the Zodiac Guruchhaya Project commenced on 14th July 2025 and is expected to generate sales of approximately Rs. 110 crores. The company's issued and paid-up share capital increased from Rs. 3,75,90,000 to Rs. 8,26,98 000 pursuant to the Rights Issue approved by BSE Limited.
