Zodiac Ventures to Commence Rs. 110 Crores Redevelopment Project in Suburban Mumbai

Zodiac Ventures Ltd. has announced the commencement of a redevelopment project at Shri Guruchhaya, Tejpal Scheme Road No. 2, Vile Parle (East), Mumbai 400057. The project, set to start on 14th July 2025, is estimated to generate sales of Rs. 110 crores and will primarily consist of residential apartments of 1, 2 and 3 BHK flats, with an estimated carpet area of 33,000 sq. ft. The project is situated in proximity to various social and recreational hubs, educational institutes, healthcare facilities, and commercial and retail establishments. The estimated completion duration of the project is two and a half years. Zodiac Ventures aims to create a modern and sustainable living space that will redefine the landscape of the location.
