Eternal Limited Announces Business Transfer Agreement Between Blink Commerce and Blinkit Foods for INR 57 Crores

Eternal Limited, formerly known as Zomato Limited, has informed the exchange about a business transfer agreement between Blink Commerce Private Limited and Blinkit Foods Limited, both wholly owned subsidiaries of the company. The quick food service business operated under the brand ‘Bistro by Blinkit’ will be transferred from Blink Commerce to Blinkit Foods for an aggregate consideration of INR 57,00,00,000 on a going concern basis. The net worth of the Bistro Business as on 31 March 2025 is INR 16 crore, representing 0.96 % of the net worth of BCPL and 0.05% of the net worth of the Company on a standalone basis.
