Eternal Ltd., formerly known as Zomato Ltd., announced the outcome of its board meeting held on February 10, 2026. The board approved the re-appointment of Aparna Popat Ved, Kaushik Dutta, Namita Gupta, and Sutapa Banerjee as Independent Directors. Their second terms will commence from April 19, 2026 to April 18, 2031 for Aparna Popat Ved, from March 1, 2026 to February 28, 2031 for Kaushik Dutta and Namita Gupta, and from April 12, 2026 to April 11, 2031 for Sutapa Banerjee. The board also approved the appointment of Deepinder Goyal as Vice Chairman and Non-Executive Director.
