Eternal Ltd: Trading Window Closed for Insider Trading

Eternal Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities, effective September 19, 2026. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026. During this period, designated persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in the company's shares. The company also noted that the PAN freezing functionality for designated persons will be available from October 1, 2026.
