Zomato Ltd, a leading food delivery company, has announced the launch of Nugget, an AI-native, no-code customer support platform. Nugget, which has been built over three years as an internal tool, helps businesses scale support effortlessly. It can resolve up to 80% of queries autonomously and learns and adapts in real-time. Nugget currently powers 15M+ support interactions per month for Zomato, Blinkit, and Hyperpure. The company is now opening it up to businesses worldwide, with 90% of companies who've seen Nugget having signed up.
