Zuari Agro Chemicals: FY26 Audited Results Approved

Zuari Agro Chemicals Ltd's board approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The statutory auditors issued an unmodified audit report. The board also approved the re-appointment of M/s. K.P. Rao & Co. as statutory auditors for a second term of five years, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Nitin M. Kantak was appointed as Managing Director for one year starting September 3, 2026, also subject to member approval.
