Zuari Agro Chemicals Receives Observation Letter from BSE for Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers and Paradeep Phosphates Composite Scheme of Arrangement

Zuari Agro Chemicals Ltd. has received an observation letter dated 27-02-2025 from BSE Limited regarding the composite scheme of arrangement amongst Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers Limited and Paradeep Phosphates Limited. This information comes in reference to previous disclosures dated February 7, 2024, and November 25, 2024, concerning the scheme of arrangement between Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers Limited (Transferor Company) and Paradeep Phosphates Limited (Transferee Company) and their respective Shareholders and Creditors. The Transferor Company and Transferee Company have received the observation letter to enable the filing of the Scheme of Arrangement with the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).
