
Zuari Industries Reports Q1 FY26 Standalone Revenue of ₹ 210.3 Cr, Consolidated PAT at ₹ 0.5 Cr
Zuari Industries Ltd. announced its audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company's standalone revenue from operations was ₹ 210.3 Cr, with an operating EBITDA of ₹ 22.4 Cr. Standalone Profit Before Tax (PBT) was ₹ 0.9 Cr. On a consolidated basis, the company posted a revenue of ₹ 267.6 Cr, a 10.5% increase over Q1FY25. The Consolidated Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at ₹ 0.5 Cr against a loss of ₹ 33.6 Cr Q1 FY25. The company's sugar operations were affected by an early mill closure, but sugar realisation improved by 4% and ethanol sales saw a marginal increase. The infrastructure subsidiary, Zuari Infraworld India Ltd, reported an EBITDA of ₹ 21.7 crore, up 58.4% year-on-year basis. The financial services arm, Zuari Finserv Ltd, reported an EBITDA of ₹ 2 Cr, up 17.6% year-on-year basis. The engineering arm, Simon India Ltd, secured new orders worth ₹ 100 Cr during the quarter.
