Zydus Lifesciences Ltd Incorporates Zylidac Bio LLC in the USA for Acquisition of Agenus Biologics Facilities

Zydus Lifesciences Ltd, through its wholly owned subsidiary Zydus Pharmaceuticals USA Inc., has incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary, Zylidac Bio LLC, in the United States of America. The new subsidiary is set to acquire two U.S. based biologics manufacturing facilities of Agenus, one in Emeryville, CA and another in Berkeley, CA. Zylidac Bio LLC is a pharmaceutical company with no initial share capital and is yet to commence its business operation.
