Zydus Wellness Acquires Naturell (India) for Rs. 390 Crores, Expanding Healthy Snacking Segment

Zydus Wellness Limited has approved the acquisition of 100% equity share capital of Naturell (India) Private Limited for a consideration of Rs. 390 crores. The acquisition aligns with the company's strategic vision, expanding its footprint in the consumer wellness industry and foraying into the rapidly growing healthy snacking segment. The acquisition is expected to be completed within 60 days, subject to fulfilment of conditions precedent as per the SPA. Additionally, an earnout amount of Rs. 21 crores will be determined and paid upon achievement of agreed milestones for the financial year 2024-25.
