Zydus Wellness Appoints Apurva S. Diwanji as Independent Director

Zydus Wellness Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Apurva S. Diwanji as an Independent Director for a term of five years, effective May 18, 2026, to May 17, 2031. The appointment was approved by shareholders at the 32nd Annual General Meeting held on August 4, 2026. Mr. Diwanji brings extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and joint ventures, having spent over 32 years with Desai & Diwanji. He currently serves on the boards of other prominent companies and is not related to any existing directors of Zydus Wellness. He will be entitled to sitting fees and commission as decided by the Board.
