No year-ago quarter on record — YoY cells may be blank.

The consolidated growth story is almost entirely the USA segment, which produced ₹12.82 Cr of revenue this quarter (50.7% of the total) versus just ₹0.90 Cr in Q1 FY26 — a near 13x increase — while the India (standalone) business grew a more ordinary 27.3%. This wide gap between consolidated and standalone YoY growth is the US subsidiary scaling on its own, not the City Pro Group acquisition, which only closed September 18-19, 2026, well after this quarter ended. On margins, employee benefit expense (the largest cost line) rose 64.7% YoY to ₹10.84 Cr — slower than the 136% revenue increase — which is the main source of the NPM expansion; other expenses grew closer to revenue, up 158.6%. There is no management guidance or street consensus on record for this print: the company completed its IPO September 1-3, 2026 and listed September 8, 2026, so no prior-quarter guidance exists and a web search turned up no analyst previews or consensus estimates for this quarter.

The board approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated results on September 28, 2026, with limited review by Suri & Sudhir; neither statement carries an exceptional item this quarter. The Q1 FY26 and prior-year comparatives were prepared by management and approved by the board but not subject to audit or review, since the company was unlisted at the time — a caveat on the base used for the YoY comparison. Two corporate actions fall just after this quarter's cutoff and are not reflected in these numbers: a $2 Mn investment in Mom's Belief US Inc (September 17) and that subsidiary's acquisition of City Pro Group Inc, which had ₹97.27 Cr FY25 revenue (September 18-19) — both will show up from Q2 FY27 onward.

Source states 'All amounts in INR Millions' — converted /10 to Cr; this differs from our DB event record which shows ₹253.14 Cr/₹27.87 Cr (that appears to be the raw Million figures mislabeled as Cr — confirmed wrong via Screener.in's independently reported FY26 consolidated revenue of ₹81.66 Cr, which matches this filing's ₹816.62 Mn = ₹81.66 Cr). No exceptional items either period. Q1 FY26 and FY26-9M comparatives were board-approved but not audited/reviewed (company was unlisted then). EPS figures are per-share Rs, not scaled to Cr.
