Dynemic Products' consolidated revenue from operations fell 8.5% YoY to ₹86.43 Cr (₹94.43 Cr in Q1 FY26) and 17.1% QoQ from the seasonally stronger ₹104.22 Cr March quarter. Consolidated PAT of ₹5.19 Cr was up 7.9% YoY but down 14.6% QoQ; however, most of the YoY increase came from the associate Dynemic Holdings, whose share of profit swung to ₹30.1 Lakh from a marginal ₹0.04 Lakh loss a year ago — strip that out and adjusted PAT growth is only about +1.65% YoY, closely tracking the standalone (core operations) print of ₹4.91 Cr PAT, up just 2.0% YoY on standalone revenue of ₹86.44 Cr (also down 8.5% YoY). The gap between consolidated (+7.9%) and standalone (+2.0%) YoY PAT growth is essentially the associate swing, not a divergence in the core business.
Q1 FY-2027 vs prior quarters
Margins held up despite the topline contraction: consolidated NPM improved to 6.01% from 5.10% a year ago and 5.82% in Q4 FY26, while OPM rose to 14.25% from 13.53% YoY (though a touch below Q4 FY26's 14.37%), pointing to cost discipline — raw material and other expenses were held roughly flat even as sales value fell. EPS (consolidated) was ₹4.18 versus ₹3.87 a year ago and ₹4.88 in the March quarter.
The stock went into the print at ₹251.1, up 8% over the past month of trading.
