Chief Executive Officer

FY26 has begun on a positive note, delivering the highest-ever quarterly performance. This performance reflects the effective implementation of sustainable asset light business model and excellence in its execution achieved. The revenue and margin growth were largely driven by the concentration of execution of large institutional orders in both the textiles and consumer durable segments. The improvement in the textile segment is driven by our focus on providing complete uniform solutions, offering value added products, cost optimization measures, and continued improvement in operational efficiencies. Through our new subsidiary, “Mafatlal Apparel Exports Private Limited”, we will foray into the global garment and apparel export market. This further strengthens our core textile business and has the potential to become a key growth and margin driver in the coming years. The momentum in our order book, which largely mirrors our current quarter's performance, also provides us with encouragement. While we anticipate some variations in our quarterly results, with our Q1FY26 results being an exception, we are confident in our ability to deliver growth over the medium to long term.
