FY26 has been a milestone year for Shankara Buildpro, with the Company closing the financial year on a record note across both operational and financial parameters. Revenue from Operations grew 30% YoY to ₹6,826 crore, with EBITDA margin expanding meaningfully and Profit After Tax growing 64% YoY. The growth has been driven by strong execution in our core steel product segment, where we surpassed the 1 million tonne volume target set at the start of the year. Total steel volume for FY26 stood at 10.2 lakh tonne, up 32% from 7.7 lakh tonne in FY25, marking a significant operational milestone for the business and underscoring the effectiveness of our marketplace strategy, portfolio expansion, and deepening distribution across new geographies. Building on this robust base of 1+ million tonne, we are targeting ~1.2 million tonne of steel volume in FY27. Industry demand on the steel side has been encouraging, and the recent improvements in the domestic steel economy provides a conducive operating environment for continued performance in the year ahead. In contrast, FY26 has been a year of consolidation for our non-steel business, with marginal revenue growth on account of macro headwinds affecting building materials demand. Looking ahead, we are expecting a resurgence in growth in our non-steel product categories in FY27. Plumbing, Fittings and Sanitaryware are expected to continue to deliver growth, while we are also hopeful for a reversal in the Tiles category as the industry stabilizes from the gas availability challenges. All things considered, our growth outlook for FY27 remains strong, supported by continued performance in steel and recovery in non-steel product categories. With our updated medium-term roadmap and a strong operating foundation in place, Buildpro is well-positioned to deliver another year of profitable, volume-led growth.
