Management Comments
Mr. Anjanmoy Chatterjee
new restaurant are now generally taking 6 to 8 months to breakeven at restaurant level and start contributing to the bottom line. The makeover of the restaurant from Mainland China to Asia Kitchen by Mainland China in Malls have yielded very encouraging results and the Company continues to focus on the Oriental Brands. The Company strives to maintain profitability by improving overall margins, nutigating inflationary pressure on input cost.
