Mr. Satish Kumar Pandey

We are thrilled and excited to announce the FY 2024-25 Audited Financial results of Sunita Tools Limited. We have shown growth in key operative metrics on YOY basis and a few points need to be considered while reading into the numbers. * Since March 2024 there has started a drop in steel prices in India which went down significantly by June 2024 and then further by January 2025. Though this did not affect us negatively however inspite of a very good increase in volume of sales by kgs, it did not replicate in sales ‘numbers’ equally. Thus to compare YOY sales and Second half 2023-24 sales if we consider steel prices as same of last year we would be way higher up then these numbers reported plus the 15% increase visible. * Due to the drop in steel prices and our sourcing directly from steel mills new purchases came at very attractive and profitable prices which is reflected in our increased margins * EPS calculations have taken in consideration the preferential shares too. * The various new machines added were of great support in production. However as they were not in use full financial year in production but we could claim depreciation for full year on the same as per rules which did affect the PAT but is positive for the cash flow of the company especially in times that we going for a major expansion where every penny counts. New machines do need power & fuel thus increased power and fuel costs Y OY . As a Nimble management we have to be proactive in our pursuit of growth and likewise empty artillery shells project is started and there are many reports regards same to be made, Consultations, feasibility studies etc. which cost us a lot of money even before the project really started, many such expenses add up in “other expenses”. It also involves extra team and costs added up in employee cost too and unfortunately as per auditors they do not qualify as capex spends thus affecting the PAT and Cash Flow numbers. CSR does add up a major amount to be spent and accounted for and obviously affecting PAT and Cash flow. Most of these factors are to be kept in considerations while analysis to give a clearer and real picture of the results.
