Management Comments
Sanjay Kumar Sanghi
We are pleased to have started FY2026-27 on a positive note, with growth across revenue, EBITDA and profit after tax on a year-on-year basis. Our gross and operating margins have both expanded, underscoring the continued strength of our product mix and cost discipline. The successful integration of the Narbada Gems and Jewellery business has further strengthened our standalone scale and operating base. As always, our fourth quarter remains our strongest on account of the traditional wedding and festive buying season in India, and Q1 performance should be read in that seasonal context. We remain focused on strengthening our balance sheet, deepening our presence across Telangana and adjoining markets, and creating sustainable long-term value for all our stakeholders, including as we progress our listing application on the National Stock Exchange.
