Beam Global announced the deployment of its EV ARC™ off-grid solar-powered EV charging systems in Massachusetts as part of the new CommunityEV Carshare pilot by the Metropolitan Area Planning Council (MAPC). This initiative, which includes EVs from Zipcar, aims to expand access to affordable, clean transportation in underserved communities. Four locations across Greater Boston are now equipped with Beam EV ARC™ systems, providing zero-unit cost electricity from renewable energy without requiring construction or grid connections. The systems are rented by MAPC, establishing a new recurring revenue stream for Beam Global.

Beam Global announced a follow-on order from the City of Dallas for ten EV ARC™ off-grid, solar-powered electric vehicle charging systems. These systems, which provide rapidly deployable EV charging without grid connection, will support the City's EV fleet and are scheduled for deployment in the third quarter. This order represents the fourth deployment for Dallas since April 2025, underscoring the city's continued investment in sustainable infrastructure and the value of Beam Global's solutions.

Beam Global announced preliminary, unaudited revenue for the second quarter of 2026 exceeded $8.5 million, marking an increase of over 170% from Q1 2026 and more than 20% from Q2 2025. The company also reported preliminary GAAP gross margin of 15% to 18% for the quarter, driven by higher volumes and cost-reduction initiatives, including $2.7 million in future lease savings from a manufacturing relocation. This growth was attributed to product and geographic diversification, including new sales in the Middle East and continued expansion in Europe.

Beam Global announced the relocation of its California manufacturing and production operations to Yuma, Arizona, while maintaining its corporate headquarters in San Diego. Beam Global entered into a lease agreement for two adjacent industrial buildings in Yuma, Arizona, encompassing approximately 54,400 square feet. These facilities will support the company's office, warehouse, and manufacturing operations. The leases commence on July 15, 2026, and January 1, 2027, respectively, both expiring on July 31, 2031. The agreement also includes an exclusive option for Beam Global to purchase the premises for $4.5 million within the first year.

Beam Global announced that the European Patent Office granted European Patent EP 4 348 756 B1 for its Smart Phase Change Composite (PCC™) technology. This patent protects the Smart PCC™ material for lithium-ion batteries, which acts as a thermal switch to regulate battery temperatures passively. The grant expands Beam Global's intellectual property portfolio into key European markets, supporting its strategy in growing electrification and battery demand across various applications like drones, robotics, and electric mobility.

Beam Global announced the deployment of six additional EV ARC solar-powered electric vehicle charging systems for the City of Long Beach, California. Four systems will support the City's EV fleet operations, with two more at Long Beach Airport. These rapidly deployable, off-grid systems help the City electrify its fleet, reduce costs, and lower emissions without straining existing electrical infrastructure. This deployment further expands Beam Global's presence in municipal fleet operations and demonstrates continued demand for its solutions in California.

Beam Global reported Q1 2026 revenues of $3.1 million, a 51% decrease year-over-year, and a net loss of $6.9 million. Despite the revenue decline attributed to order timing and seasonal factors, the company's backlog grew 50% to $9.0 million by March 31, 2026. Furthermore, Q2 2026 revenue through May 15 has already exceeded total Q1 revenue, indicating a strong rebound. Operational highlights include expansion into the Middle East and Europe, new product launches like autonomous wireless charging, and record smart city infrastructure orders.

Beam Global reported a significant decline in revenue for the first quarter of 2026, falling 50.5% to $3.13 million. The company also recorded a gross loss of $0.42 million, a reversal from a gross profit in the prior year. While the net loss improved to $6.86 million, this was largely due to the absence of a $10.78 million goodwill impairment charge recorded in Q1 2025.
