Frontier Nuclear and Minerals Inc. announced a partnership with DISA Technologies Inc. to characterize and remediate legacy uranium mine waste at Frontier's 100% owned Maybell uranium project in Colorado. DISA will deploy its patented High-Pressure Slurry Ablation (HPSA™) system to recover saleable uranium and other critical minerals from the waste dumps. Frontier will receive a net revenue royalty ranging from 2.5% to 4% based on uranium prices, with DISA covering all operational and capital costs. This initiative aims to address environmental impacts while capitalizing on high uranium demand and US government support for domestic critical mineral recovery.

Frontier Nuclear & Minerals Inc. is on track to issue its maiden mineral resource estimate (MRE) for the Engo Valley uranium project in Namibia by mid-Q3 2026, following a 5,565-meter Phase 2 drill program. The company emphasized the growing strategic importance of uranium, noting the U.S. designation of uranium as a Critical Mineral and its goal to quadruple nuclear capacity by 2050, potentially increasing U.S. uranium demand from 47 million to 190 million pounds annually.
