Rahul Rajan Jesu Thomas, along with Persons Acting in Concert (PACs), has acquired 14,747 equity shares of Suraj Estate Developers Ltd. This acquisition represents 0.03% of the total voting rights and 0.03% of the total diluted share/voting capital of the company. The acquisition was made through the stock exchange in the open market. The total equity share capital and total voting capital of the company remains unchanged at INR 23,88,66,940/- before and after the acquisition. The total diluted share/voting capital also remains the same, but after the conversion of pending 13,30,000 warrants, the fully diluted capital will be INR 24,55,16,940/-.
