360 ONE WAM Limited has allotted 2,05,02,939 equity shares to UBS AG upon the conversion of warrants. The allotment follows UBS AG's payment of the remaining 75% of the warrant exercise price, totaling Rs. 1583,85,20,377.50. The issue price per equity share was Rs. 1,030/-. This allotment increases the company's issued, subscribed, and paid-up share capital from Rs. 40,79,14,200 to Rs. 42,84,17,139.
