360 ONE WAM FY26 PAT up 20.7% to ₹1,225 Cr; Declares ₹6 Dividend

360 ONE WAM LTD's Board of Directors approved the unaudited financial results for Q4 FY26 and audited results for FY26. The company reported a Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₹1,225 crore for FY26, a 20.7% increase year-on-year, with total revenue reaching ₹3,144 crore, up 18.6% YoY. For Q4 FY26, PAT was ₹292 crore (up 16.8% YoY) and total revenue was ₹780 crore (up 18.5% YoY). The Board also approved a first interim dividend of ₹6.00 per equity share for FY26-27, with the record date fixed as April 27, 2026. Additionally, B B S R & Associates were re-appointed as Internal Auditors for FY26-27, and Mr. Anshuman Maheshwary transitioned from COO to CEO of the Alternate Asset Management business.
