Capital NxT LLP, along with its Persons Acting in Concert (PACs), has re-revised its disclosure under SEBI's Takeover Regulations, indicating their aggregate shareholding in 3i Infotech Limited has reached 7.08% of the total share capital. The acquisition, which occurred on July 29, 2026, involved acquiring 703,915 equity shares through open market purchases. This move triggers the disclosure requirement under Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The total diluted share capital after the acquisition stands at 21,26,10,630 shares.
