5paisa Capital Ltd. has issued a revised press release and presentation for its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The revision corrects an inadvertent error where the total number of registered customers was stated as '52.6 million' instead of the accurate '52.6 lakh'. The company reported consolidated income of ₹88.4 crore, a 3% increase quarter-on-quarter, and consolidated profit after tax of ₹11.6 crore, an 8% increase quarter-on-quarter. The company also highlighted a rights issue in April 2026 that raised ₹468.8 Cr and onboarded 0.74 lakh new clients during the quarter. Management emphasized continued investment in product, platform, customer experience, and AI capabilities.
