63SATS Cybertech Signs Warrant Agreement with BCCL for ₹65 Cr

63 Moons Technologies Ltd announced that its material subsidiary, 63SATS Cybertech Limited, has entered into a Warrant Subscription Agreement with Bennett Coleman and Company Limited (BCCL). Under the agreement, 63SATS will issue 65 warrants, each valued at ₹1 Crore, for an aggregate value of ₹65 Crores (₹65,00,00,000). BCCL will pay an upfront subscription price of ₹10 Lakhs per warrant (10% of the warrant value), totaling ₹65 Lakhs (₹65,00,000). The remaining 90% of the warrant value will be payable upon exercise. This arrangement facilitates staged capital infusion, optimizes shareholder value, and provides capital for 63SATS' working capital and growth initiatives, while strengthening its corporate positioning through association with BCCL.
