Landmark Property Extends Eterna Living Refund Deadline to Mar 2027

Landmark Property Development Company Ltd has executed an Amendment Agreement with Eterna Living Private Limited, extending the repayment deadline for an outstanding refund amount. Originally due on 26 September 2026, the remaining ₹27,11,15,047/- (out of ₹35,26,15,047/-) will now be repaid by 31 March 2027. The extension was granted due to delays in Eterna Living's expected funds from a separate group housing transaction, pending government approvals. All other terms of the original agreement remain unchanged.
