Landmark Property Extends Repayment Deadline to Eterna Living to Mar 2027

Landmark Property Development Company Ltd has executed an Amendment Agreement with Eterna Living Private Limited, extending the repayment deadline for an outstanding refund amount of Rs. 27,11,15,047/- from 26 September 2026 to 31 March 2027. This extension was granted at the request of Eterna Living due to delays in receiving expected funds from a separate group housing transaction, attributed to pending Government approvals. The original Refund and Settlement Agreement, dated 27 March 2026, was for a total refund of Rs. 35,26,15,047/-. The company has already received Rs. 8,15,00,000/-. All other terms of the original agreement remain unchanged, and the amendment does not revive any cancelled space-booking arrangements.
