7NR Retail Appoints New MD, Chairperson; Sets AGM Date

7NR Retail Ltd announced key management changes following a Board of Directors meeting held on July 16, 2026. Mr. Hit Shah has been appointed as the new Managing Director, and Mr. Dilipbhai Vithhaldas Patel as the new Chairperson, both effective immediately. The company also announced the notice for its 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for August 7, 2026, to be held via VC/OAVM. Furthermore, the Audit Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee have been reconstituted.
