Autoriders International re-designates Maneka Mulchandani as Whole-Time Director
Autoriders International Ltd announced the re-designation of Mrs. Maneka Vijay Mulchandani as Executive Director in the capacity of Whole-Time Director for a period of three years, effective August 20, 2026. Her remuneration will be up to ₹50,00,000 per annum, subject to member approval. The Board also approved increasing borrowing limits to ₹200 crores and charge creation limits to ₹200 crores, subject to member approval. Additionally, the company will appoint HRU & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years and adopt a new Memorandum of Association to include renewable energy business activities.
