M A R K S & co. as its new Statutory Auditors, filling a casual vacancy caused by the resignation of M/s. S S R V & Associates. Additionally, Mr. Jinjala Bharatbhai Babubhai has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer, and Mr. Parin Bhavsar as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, both effective from September 1, 2026.
