BLT Logistics Appoints Vikas Surana as Internal Auditor for FY27

BLT Logistics Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Vikas Surana as the company's Internal Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27. The decision was approved by the Board of Directors during their meeting held on September 1, 2026. Mr. Surana, an MBA with over 20 years of experience in financial services and founder of Mudra Advisor, will oversee the internal audit functions for the specified fiscal year. This appointment is in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
