7NR Retail Appoints Two Directors, Renames to Culture Group

7NR Retail Ltd announced significant board changes and a proposed rebranding. The company appointed Mr. Hetul Dineshbhai Patel and Ms. Varsha Vilasbhai Bhagat as Additional Non-Executive and Independent Directors, effective November 6, 2026. Concurrently, the Board approved changing the company's name from "7NR Retail Limited" to "Culture Group Limited" or another approved name. The company also reconstituted its Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholder Relationship Committee. Furthermore, it will seek shareholder approval at an upcoming EGM for material related party transactions with Culture Antique Jewellery Private Limited, Culture Diamond Jewels, and Umiya Jewellers.
