7NR Retail Ltd to change name to Culture Group Ltd

7NR Retail Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved a change in the company's name from "7NR Retail Limited" to "Culture Group Limited", subject to regulatory approvals. The board also approved the appointment of Mr. Hetul Dineshbhai Patel and Ms. Varsha Vilasbhai Bhagat as Additional Non-Executive and Independent Directors. Additionally, the company will hold an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) on November 30, 2026, to seek shareholder approval for material related party transactions with M/s. Culture Antique Jewellery Private Limited, M/s. Culture Diamond Jewels, and M/s. Umiya Jewellers. The Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, and Stakeholder Relationship Committees have been reconstituted.
