A B Infrabuild Ltd has announced the record date for determining eligible shareholders for dividend and the Annual General Meeting (AGM). The record date is set for Monday, September 21, 2026. If the dividend, as recommended by the Board of Directors, is approved at the upcoming AGM, it will be paid to all beneficial owners of equity shares held in dematerialized form as of the close of business hours on the record date.
