AAA Technologies Appoints Karan Sharma as Executive Director

AAA Technologies Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Karan Sharma as an Additional Director in the category of Executive Director, effective September 03, 2026. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the next Annual General Meeting. Mr. Sharma will also serve on the Audit Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, and will chair the TCWG Committee. The board also noted the resignations of Mr. Venugopal Dhoot and Mr. Kamal Kishor Sharma from their directorships due to a change in ownership and personal reasons, respectively.
