Aadi Industries Closes Trading Window for Q2 FY27 Results

Aadi Industries Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. The window will be shut from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. This measure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, aimed at preventing insider trading during the sensitive period leading up to the financial results announcement. The date of the board meeting to approve these results will be communicated separately.
