Aartech Solonics Recommends 2.5% Final Dividend for FY26

Aartech Solonics Ltd's Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of 2.5%, equivalent to ₹0.125 per equity share of ₹5 face value, for the financial year 2025-26. This recommendation is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The company also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Anil Anant Raje and revisions in remuneration for Mr. Amit Anil Raje and Mrs. Arati Nath. The 44th AGM will be held on September 29, 2026, via video conferencing, with remote e-voting from September 26 to September 28, 2026. The record dates for AGM notice and dividend eligibility are August 28, 2026, and September 22, 2026, respectively. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 23 to September 29, 2026.
