Aartech Subsidiary Signs MoU for Energy Storage Cooperation

Aartech Solonics Limited's wholly-owned subsidiary, Faradigm Ultracapacitors Pvt. Ltd., has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with China's Shenzhen Titan Smart Energy Technology Co. Ltd. The agreement aims to explore strategic cooperation in advanced energy storage solutions and establish localized manufacturing and assembly capabilities in India. The collaboration will initially focus on Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP)-based Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) ranging from 100 kWh to 5 MWh. Faradigm's upcoming manufacturing facility in Madhya Pradesh, slated for operations in FY 2027-28, will support these initiatives. This partnership is poised to address India's growing demand for reliable and sustainable energy storage solutions, capitalizing on a rapidly expanding market.
