Grauer & Weil India Ltd signs MoU with RENA Technologies GmbH for JV

Grauer & Weil India Limited has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with RENA Technologies GmbH, Germany, to establish a Joint Venture (JV) company. This JV aims to support the solar manufacturing value chain. The parties will have equal rights in the management and governance of the JV. RENA Technologies will license its intellectual property to the JV for an agreed fee or royalty. Definitive agreements detailing the terms and conditions are yet to be executed and will be disclosed as per applicable laws.
