Aastha Spintex: Director Resigns, New Director Appointed, Auditor Changes

Aastha Spintex Ltd has filed a revised intimation regarding changes in its board and auditor. Mr. Anant Bharatbhai Bhatt has resigned as Non-Executive Independent Director due to personal commitments. Concurrently, Mr. Utsav Himanshu Trivedi has been appointed as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director, subject to shareholder approval. The company has also appointed M/s. S N D K & Associates LLP as its new Statutory Auditor, replacing M/s. S N Shah & Associates whose term is expiring. Additionally, M/s. Utkarsh Shah & Co. has been appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term.
