Abans Financial Board Approves CFO Change, New Director, Auditor

Abans Financial Services Ltd. announced the outcomes of its Board Meeting held on May 15, 2026. Key approvals include the appointment of Mr. Karan Heda as an Additional Non-Executive Director and Mr. Raghunathan Mudaliar as the new Chief Financial Officer (KMP), effective May 16, 2026.
