The appointment, approved by the Board of Directors via circular resolution on June 27, 2026, is effective from July 1, 2026. Mr. Kumar brings over two decades of experience in Sales and Marketing, with leadership roles at ABB India and international assignments. He currently serves as Sales & Marketing Director – Traction Division, ABB India Limited, and has a proven track record in driving business growth and managing large-scale projects.
