Petronet LNG Appoints Sanjay Kumar as MD & CEO

Petronet LNG Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on October 2, 2026, has approved the appointment of Shri Sanjay Kumar as the new Managing Director & CEO. Shri Kumar, currently Director (Marketing) at GAIL (India) Limited, will assume the role effective May 13, 2027, coinciding with the date of vacancy. This appointment was made based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. A detailed disclosure will be provided once Shri Kumar officially takes charge.
