Abbott India Announces 82nd AGM on August 13, 2026

Abbott India Limited has issued a notice for its 82nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled to be held on August 13, 2026, through Video Conference/Other Audio-Visual Means. The meeting will cover ordinary business including the adoption of audited financial statements for FY 2025-26, declaration of a final dividend of ₹525 per share and a special dividend of ₹131 per share, and the retirement/re-appointment of directors Mr. Munir Shaikh and Mr. Kaiyomarz Marfatia. Special business includes the ratification of remuneration for Cost Auditors, M/s. Kishore Bhatia & Associates, for FY 2026-27, amounting to ₹0.09 Crores plus applicable taxes.
