Abbott India Ltd Closes Trading Window for Designated Persons

In accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Abbott India Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in the Shares of the Company by the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. The closure will begin from Wednesday, April 1, 2026, and will reopen after 48 hours from the declaration of the Annual Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
